Work breakdown
Versioned WBS hierarchies. Programme, project, phase and package. Mapped to organisational and contract breakdown structures.
Dalane Cloud combines the work that today happens in a dozen disconnected tools. WBS, schedule, earned value, cost, risk, change control and documents share a single event-sourced model. Every state transition is recorded, named and dated.
Versioned WBS hierarchies. Programme, project, phase and package. Mapped to organisational and contract breakdown structures.
Logic-driven schedule with versioned baselines. Forecast against baseline, time-now reporting, and progress capture aligned to the WBS.
EVM aligned to AACE and PMI conventions. CPI, SPI, EAC, ETC. Earned-value calculations published per WBS branch and per organisation.
Cost workbook with budget, commitment, accrual and actual. Cost-loaded WBS, roll-up across contributor tenants, multi-currency.
Quantitative risk register with cost and schedule impact. Monte Carlo over the programme schedule. Owner, mitigation and review state per item.
Compensation events, EWNs and instructions as first-class objects. NEC-aligned states, time-bar tracking, settlement workflow, audit trail by construction.
Documents linked to WBS, schedule, cost and change items. Version-controlled, signed, timestamped. Released documents carry their own provenance.
Every organisation on a programme runs its own tenant. A tenant is a private database, a private audit trail and a private user directory. There is no central broker between you and your data. Your data does not leave your tenant unless you publish it.
Programme partners share through structured peer-to-peer publication. A contractor publishes a schedule revision as a signed envelope; the client receives the envelope and reconciles the schedule into its own workspace, with full provenance preserved on both sides. The same shape applies to cost, risk, change events and documents.
Underneath, the model is event-sourced. Each state change is an immutable event with a logical timestamp, an actor and a reason. Reports are projections over the event log. Baselines are projections fixed at a point in time. An audit a year later is a query, not an excavation.
